The www.claritycounselingkc.com website (“the Site”) is owned and operated by Clarity Counseling, LLC This Agreement is between you and Clarity Counseling, LLC, (“Clarity Counseling, LLC”). The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy  (“Clarity Counseling, LLC Policies”) constitute a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Clarity Counseling, LLC. It is your responsibility to carefully read the Clarity Counseling, LLC Policies prior to using the Site. Use of the Site will be considered acceptance of the Clarity Counseling, LLC Policies. If you do not agree to the Clarity Counseling, LLC “Policies”, then you may not use the Site. Clarity Counseling, LLC has the right to modify the Clarity Counseling, LLC Policies and every time you use the Site, you are agreeing to the Clarity Counseling, LLC Policies as they exist at that time.   1. Our Commitment to Privacy. Your privacy is important to Clarity Counseling, LLC. We provide this notice to better protect your privacy and personal information. Providing this information allows you to make choices about the way your information is collected and used. However, our Privacy Policy only applies to online data collection and does not apply to information that Clarity Counseling, LLC has collected either off-line or through other means.

  2. Information We Collect and How We Use It.
    1. Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
      1. In General. We may collect information through technology that does not identify you personally in order to make the Site more interesting and useful. This information may also be used to optimize the Site’s performance within a given browser and increase the speed of navigation.
